We prioritize safety reports and assess appropriate removal and reporting obligations. People under 18 cannot register for Roll.
Open the more menu in the photo or video viewer to report content or block its uploader. For urgent rights violations, include the memory title, uploader’s name and time of the incident in your message.
Reports and questions are reviewed in order of receipt and urgency. Urgent matters, including unlawfully recorded material or sexual exploitation of children, are prioritized and reported to relevant authorities when needed.
You can request deletion through the account deletion instructions below even if you cannot use the app.
Cancel subscriptions and request refunds through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to pay. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions. Check your store’s subscription management screen first.
